Considering 1st cycle

currently at end of week8.
after following stevesmi's advice, I increased another 500 calories and stopped my cardio for week 8....and my weight increased 2lbs, dont know if it's the extra calories or stopping the cardio.
Will restart a little cardio next week but maintain diet and see if there's any changes in gains plus i do feel that my heart seems to be working very hard and my breathing heavier when i stopped my cardio at week8.

I have a question - my fingers seem stiff these 2 weeks especially in the morning upon waking up...are these cause by low estrogen? as i also started taking proviron @50mg in addition to arimidex 0.5mg e3d these 2 weeks as well...
I also feel pumped on body parts that i trained 3-4 days back, i dont usually feel pumped that long....is it normal??..just hope it's not bad signs.
please advise.

what about the stiff fingers and a bit of cracking joints? estrogen too low since i add proviron to arimidex?
or maybe it's nothing to worry about?

i was pinning my 2nd pin for week9 at the right delt and this time when I pull out the pin, it bleeds but stopped after putting a alcohol swipe at it....is that normal as i didnt see blood when I aspirate? and i havent bleed this much for the past few weeks' injections.

another question - for this injection, it's the last from the vial and the amount is only 125mg instead of 250mg.
I am not able to mix as my remaining test e are in ampules and different brand so for this week, I'm injecting only 375mg instead of 500mg.
Should i top up the difference but since what i have are ampules, should i inject 250mg tomorrow or 750mg for next week to make up for this week drop of 125mg??

Sometimes you get blood when hitting something on way in or out. As long as you aspirate and its clear....No worries.

As far as the shortage on test, I personally wouldn't do worry about it and continue on with your amps at 500mg per week. But that's me.

I agree with all of this except that I don't aspirate.
 
If I was you I would get very pissed and visit the source with a money back conversation in a do or die style.
because its your first cycle and he fucked you up already.

Steroids are supposed to work even if you eat like a bird you should feel on.. and still experience hypertrophy..

i have posted the pic of the gear in another thread but no one is able to confirm if it's fake or not.
I dont really think it's fake since I do get some mild sides.
Just didnt know the reason given I have done how the cycle has been laid out, eat more, train hard, rest well...maybe overtraining? but overtraining should be fine while on cycle since you recovered faster...
dont know the reason anyway....just gaining very very slowly like 1lb per week @ 4400 - 5000 calories.....perhaps could try some mass gainer next since i dont gain much..

this is a proven extremely effective pct... your getting info that is pct style of the 80's... there's much better, more effective and safer methods...

Right on the money, I'll be glad one day to see everyone educated to know that nova does nothing in restarting your HPTA!

Hi,
thanks to dylan and everyone else who advised for this first cycle....I'm starting my PCT this sunday after 2 weeks from last pin.
however, I have a couple of questions...

for unleashed/ post cycle combo...do I take:
- post cycle 2 servings for 4 weeks or 1 servin for 4 weeks??
- unleashed 2 servings for week1 and 1 serving for week2-4 or 1 serving for 4 weeks?

for daa... it's 3mg/ day rite?

for forma stanzol...5 pumps once am and once pm...the question is whether if you are allowed to shower in the afternoon between the applications...will it wash off? or upon application, it will dry up and absorb into the body so it's fine to sweat and shower in the afternoon??
The reason I'm asking is becos i usually trained in the afternoon...

please advise, thanks!
