Theres way to much bickering on the Stockhouse message boards to understand whats forcing the price low, talk of shorting and a 1.5 million share defactit?

Is the restructuring causing this to nose-dive, and we can expect some plain sailing once after?

all i can tell you is i expect a roller coaster ride for a while, especially with a heavy loads of shorts out, as for the dividend it is a good thing...how good we will have to wait for more info.....
