We got some news after the bell today about the closing of the PP's, this is just more good news for ISM as they now have more huge institution backers, be on the lookout for the next few PR's, they will be crutial to the outcome of this stock, I stand by my calculations and still say we will be bought by a major mining company (china russian canadian) by summers end, the nickel reserve is HUGE and the PPS will be in the $20-30 range...Guys here is an interview with the ceo last thursday, take a few minutes and watch it....

They just issued 2.25 million shares with another 2.25 share warrants an exercise price of 3.50.
I can't find what the float is right now so one look and I would say it's not a buy but I'll dig deeper and see what's up here.
