Folks, not one for sticking to a specfic diet or anything like that, but want to loose some fat. Been training for a few years but got lazy ans stopped for a few months and sorta put on the weight again
think ive got weightlifting and cardio ok, diet has always been my downfall.
My Goal.
Loose as much fat as possible, gain sum muscle and look/feel better.
Stats 21years, weight 220, b/f 25% height 5.11
I am Currently taking the SesaPURE/Glucorrell/trex combo day 1.
SO here goes with diet:
Got my cals and food from www.fitren.com ebook
total cals are 1558 for the day, this will maybe change by a few cals up/down. drink around 3 lites of water a day
i have an office job.
can sumbody pput some input to help me.
7.30 am
3/4 Oats 225 Cals
4 Egg Whites Scammbeld 64 Cals
Glass of Orange Juice 110 Cals
9.30 am
3/4 Oats 225 Cals
2 Scoops of Whey 162 Cals
12. pm
Cup of Peas/SweetCorn Mix
6 Slices of Beetroot
4 Bolied Egg Whites 64 Cals
3. pm
Low Fat Yogort 200 Cals
4.30 Gym Consisting of Weights&Cardio
6. pm
Cup of Brown Rice 150 Cals
4oz Chicken Breats 196 Cals
9. pm
2 Scoops of Whey 162 Cals
