Connections in Mexico and Honduras

I have some friends with relatives in Mexico and Honduras and have agreed to get there relatives to purchase some steriods and mail them to me. I was wandering what is the most secure way to mail (Ups,fedex, regular mail, etc.) I was thinking about just getting enough for one cycle at a time to keep the bulk of the package down. Is this a safe way to get them or not.
