Agreed. Although you can get away with running tren ace EOD, blood levels will be much more steady shooting it ed... and more stable blood levels lead to more gains and less sides. Tren Enanthate is longer, 2x per week is fine, but remember, it's a longer ester, once it builds up, peak serum concentration will be much higher than the same weekly amount of tren ace. Tren hexahydrobenzylcarbonate is just a little longer than tren enth, I can't tell the difference and I've run both. Stick with tren ace for now... sides are easist to control, and it's the cheapest at the moment!

thanx alot guys. i know that was a basic qestion but i just never knew there were so many forms of tren. with the test i know pretty much everyone and their diff advantages and si advantages but not with tren
