Concerta- the gift that keeps on giving.

Boy, oh boy. I took some Concerta [ time-released methylphenidate (AKA: Ritalin)] a couple of hours ago. Now...I really can't sleep. Of course, that was kind of the point, but I don't see this shit subsiding anytime soon. Concerta has a very ingenious time release mechanism that'll leave you "focused" for a looooong motherfuckin' time.

But on the bright side, I'm typing pretty goll darn well.
