Concern

I'm 31 years old and I've been working out for 16 years on and off.

I weigh 210 I've been jucin this for 6 years.
Here is my concern everytime I've pin myself I feel a lil sick.
At first it was a little bad. And as time goes by I can barely notice anything. I feel a little feverish that's it.
This is not the first time im experiencing this. Its like that every time
Im on test e 250 500 mg a week.
No matter what I use and who I get it from its the same things.
Can someone please help me out with this am I the only one?

Your using fresh,,,sharp pins everytime? Length,,brand,,size???
