computer security / ziplip problems

i recieved a message in my inbox today that said i had tried to send a message to someone but there mailbox was full.. i dont know the email dont recognize the name..

also about 4 or more times a week i get blank emails from weird addresses that i do not recognize sometimes with weird subject lines too

anyone else have issues with ziplip or any other mail service.. anyone know what might be the reason..
