computer programs for training

Anyone use or know of any software for tracking workouts (especially the dual factor trainers). What do you use, paper and pencil?

I'm not sure I understand the question. I just make a note of my weights at the gym and when a new week comes around I check what I'd done before and take it from there.

Anyone here have a good Excel program for planning 5x5/Madcow workouts (just by inputting your 1rm's or something)???

I just use excel. I am doing the 5X5 so I know what the rep scheme already is so that makes it simpler. I go straight across the top with three sections-Lifts, Body Measurements, Calories. Below each section I label the all the type of lifts used, body parts for measuring, and under cals Total cals, fat, carb, protein. The first column on the left I use to fill in the dates as I go. So on any one day I can start at the left filling in the date  and go straight across and fill in the weight used for which ever lift I did and then fill in body measurements and then lastly the food cal breakdown.

I do it the old fashioned way - in my head. I also track my training partner's weights in my head. I use Excel for tracking my size/weight/bf%'s.
If you give me the formulas for the 5X5 based upon 1 rm, I could create the macros to do it.
