computer people, how do i restrict access to certain websites w/ firefox?

i'm trying to password protect certain specific websites on a couple of computers.....
i.e. myspace, etc and other time vampires (have to have the master password to even get on those sites)

i can do it with internet explorer through the control panel but it doesn't work for netscape or firefox and i see no individual options for it in their settings!! damn it.

do i need a special add on or some software?

it's not easy, you can block them via FF or editing the hosts file http://www.wikihow.com/Restrict-Web-Browsing-Using-Firefox but passwords... i'll have to look some more
