Compuer IP Addresses HELP

someone please help me..im from bronx ny and went to visit my twin sis in illinois on feb 15..i stood at a hotel came home on the 18..i looked at my bank statement and it turns out someone stole my cc # without stealing my card and made an online purchase for adult porn using my name and card number i did get credited back for this fradulent purchase but i want to find out who it is
i did get an ip address from the company its 12.221.112.85 it belongs to insightbb an internet provider but does anyone know how i can find out who logged on with that ip address and where this person lives?? help. i want payback!!

Bro I'm affraid no one can help you. Even if you have an IP it doesnt anything unless you contact the ISP. Then they can match this IP and the exact time in order to know who was behind it.

plus ip addresses change everytime you reconnect to the internet.. that is unless the ip is dynamic

heres what you can do....

go to http://www.insightbb.com and then go to help and contact customer service and tell them there problem and they will be able to trace it.
