complex carb on the go?

okay many of you know my situation POST WORK CARBS is their something i can bring with me a good postwork complex carb i cant bringoatmeal cause where am i goin to cook it? after the gym i rush to school(CUTTING PHASE)
 
cause im so confused my little brain is exploding:/ to much things to get a diet rite,ifs and donts :/ OYE
 
dont be confused its simple, you want low gi carbs (complex carbs) throughout the day, this is because the gi rating is how fast it is absorbed, if it is low it will be absorbed slowly and this is what you want throughout the day. however postworkout you have just depleted your glycogen stores for energy and need to replenish them for your next workout immediately after your workout b/c at this time your body has its best "window of oppurtunity" you could call it, this is why you want simple carbs (high gi), they are absorbed quickly which is what you want postworkout.
 
Bread is very high GI--some white bread ought to do the trick. Potatoes are structurally the same as glycogen--that's why they are so high GI and so good for recovery. Nuke them the night before and take them with you. I don't know what your appetite is like, so I'm trying to make some suggestions so you don't have to go to class with nothing but a drink in your stomach, cause that sure wouldn't do anything for me.
 
o yeah i forgot to put what is easy for u to take, just put 2 scoops of wehy protein (around 40-50 grams total) and around 50-75 grams dextrose in a cup with a lid, and after ur owrkout put some water int here, put the lid back on, shake it real good and drink. i saw u couldnt get the dextrose online but just look around im sure u know someone that has a credit card that wouldnt mind getting it for u.
