This is probably a repost and I can't search so I'm hoping that ya'll can give me your best opinions and experiences.

I want a huge back. My lower back is good but I really want to REALLY fill in my upper back. I'm working on my Bent Rows, One-Arm DB Rows, Wide/Close grip chins/pulldowns. My lats seem to be getting stronger but I can't seem to keep track of the area b/t the blades of my back because they seem to stay the same... I'm guessing as my lats get stronger this area will also get stronger and bigger, but I want them to BULGE out. If I get this area filled in my back will undoubtedly look complete!

What worked best for you? And am I not being patient enough for this kind of growth takes years? I've been working out for two years

I believe this was mentioned in your previous thread on the topic: power/jump shrugs. Report back in a month if you're not too busy buying new shirts because your old ones start to fit oddly.

ya got me!! lol anyway have any of you heard of this exercise where you grab some dumbells, lie on an incline, and sqeeze your shoulders in a backwards motion? I've tried this but didn't feel much, and they say it should get you sore, but not me... The name of the exercise is on the tip of my tongue but I gotta go take a crap now and am in too much of a hurry to look it up :D

Yeah, it's called a waste of time....or for short, simply "gay", lol...seriously, brother, don't waste your time.....all you need are rows and shrugs and deads and lots of food.

"Time" is often the key word here. Back when, I used to do Hammer Iso-Rows and so forth to try to acheive full development but really sticking with the basics and a little patience works great. After a few years everything will start popping out for you.
