Hi everybody, first off I'd like to say that you guys got one hell of a discussion board over here. I never realized how much was involved. I've learned quite alot before actually signing up and joining the discussion board.

Well here's the thing. I'm currently a complete newb in taking such supplements. I was wondering if you guys could give me some advice and some pro's and con's. I'd consider myself an average body builder. I'm not seriously looking at sculpting myself to compete, but I do go to the gym everyday to keep myself in shape. However, I find that no matter my workout I can't seem to gain any size. I've know some people who've taken a cycle and have gotten pretty good results. I'm looking to do the same.

What would you recommend for a first cycle. I currently weigh 175lb 5'7. I'd say my body fat percentage is something like 15%? I really have no idea, the last time I checked was about two years ago and I was at 9%. I've definitely put on some fat since then.

The only supplements I take now is whey protein, and cell-tech, and a pretty good natural diet. (No fast food no junk food). Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

hey man, well there are definitely better creatines out there than Cell Tech. I have read some good things about 1-AD, but you do need at least like 3-4 bottles to get any results I think. Take this over to the supplements board and I am sure they will give you more answers than here my man. Have you worked on changing up your diet to try and gain any weight?

peace

You haven't listed any goals, so that makes this tough.

i bet the cals are low, just crank that up with lots of good carbs and EFAs and you;ll grow. dont turn to juice unless you can say that you have "given it all you've got".

just from the things stated, def. not ready for aas...not for, "oh i lift a lot and am trying to stay in shape"

what are ur goals- to stay in shape? then u do not need any AAS for sure. now if u r looking to bulk up then u have a few things to do before u consider AAS. think abt ur goals first- post them up and the guys here will help u out.

Hey, thanks for the replies. As for some answers, I'm looking to put on 10lbs of muscle and reducing my fat %. Calories, I have no idea. I lift more than just to stay in shape, but to get that look. I'm 20.

I'd do something like sustanon/anavar. A bit more expensive than sust/dbols but you'll pack quality mass.

Also, forget about 1-AD. Stick to the real thing. And for some good creatine, try Pro-Lab.

to grow you need to do a couple of things:

Take in a approximately 2gm/lb of bodyweight in protein daily

Make sure you are not over training; get at LEAST 3 days rest between bodypart workous

Try and get meals in every 3 hrs

There are a lot of ther things you can do naturally to prompt growth, but if you are doing these things, assuming you are training effectively, you should see some growth

If all you want to gain is 10lbs a cycle is definitaly not worth it for you. I'ts only when you want to gain hundreads juice should be used. Me personally would like to be able to throw a Geo someday so i'll stick with the cycles.
