Complete beginner

Hi all need some serious advice, am interested in all this but when I start to read about it it's like I'm in a medical school!

Where do I begin?

I'm a uk resident, go gym three to four times a week, love lifting the iron and also do some runs once or twice a week too, I weigh 13.5 Stone which is about 85kg, can bench 60 kg no spotter, or 36 kg dumb bells, want to get bigger as been busting down the gym for years now, I see results but want better, very interested in taking the steroids but have not got ANY idea about where to start? Please help

i would improve ur lifts first, 60 kg isnt a lot of weight to lift so u can improve significantly without worrying bout roids ,,, i ahve a bulker and 3 split routine that is easy to follow below in my signature

I second this. If you dont bench at least one and a half times your weight you dont need juice. So get your bench up to 130 kg then juice.

^^^ listen to Steve. He's very knowledgable with all this, I've learned a lot from his posts. Study and practice different routines and eating habits then start learning about aas.

, the Olympic bar is 20kg right so with the 60 on that's 80 so almost my body weight, last year was doing 100 but got into boxing and fitness, well I'm no boxer so going back to the weights,

just started on the protein shakes and eating loads also....

I weigh 180 and bench 330.. i would say you should be able to bench 90 pounds more than you weigh before you should worry about roids. thats when i first juiced where i was.

sounds like you just need to work out more and eat better.

Ok thanks for the info, so more weights then when I feel at my peak go for the roids? I kinda feel like I'm at my peak in strength wise tho, Where would you begin if u was me Steve?

Also I'm new to this site and when u say it's in your signature I just haven't got a clue where that is?

Im hoping you only weigh 215 lbs and not over 400. Either way a 200 lb bench is sub par. I know you may be going for a bb look but I benched over 200 lbs at 14 years old when I only lifted a couple weeks a year for football. When I really started lifting at 18 I benched over 225 in a couple months. At these stages I didnt know shit about lifting.

Since my shoulder started hurting me ,I've never done bench more then 200lbs.

But I do more of volume training and Tell you what i got the best gains out of it.

Heavy weights doesn't proof anything.
Muscle building effect so many other factors.

Trying to do 10sets of 10 of bench with 220lb 45sec rest

Now that's maximum time under tension =muscle growth

Robbo, okay I am going to tell you what you are obviously here to learn.
If you are looking at a cycle start at Test only, do not stack multiple substances together as a first or second time as you have to find out how your body reacts to the variations in substances.

I would recommend Testosterone Enanthate this is a twice a week injection Mon/ Fri of 150mg each so 300mg every week for 10 weeks and see how your body reacts for a first cycle before even considering to up the dose.

Example:
Testosterone bottle is 300mg per ml therefore you draw up half a ml in the syringe which equates to your 150mg. put that in the top outer quarter of your glute ( SpotInjections.com ) you use a 19Gauge needle to draw it up, take that off and put on a 23Gauge, this is what you stick in your glute (after swabbing the area with an alcohol swab), when the needle is all the way in you have to aspirate (draw back slightly to be sure there is no blood coming back in the syringe) one you have aspirated you are right to put in a quarter of the amount, wait about 40 seconds if you don't feel light headed then you haven't collapsed a vein and you are right to inject the rest then you redraw the needle, put on the protective cover, get a cotton ball run around the injection sight for about 30 seconds to spread out the testosterone (my favourite part) and then put a band aid over where you just injected.

I hope you understand this as I tried to go into as much detail as I could to help you out and explain the little things that I never had anyone explain to me for my first time.
 
I agree with Tripp all the way! I don't think Robbo was asking for permission but rather to be pointed in the right direction. Look we all know people are gonna do what they want regardless if u tell them they are ready or not so its better to at least instruct them as Tripp just did rather than tell him not to do it. I understand completely why Steve u say not to do it bc maybe it's not the best time but again u gotta realize 9 out of 10 are still gonna do it.

Not sure about getting your Test over there mate however if you go to any hospital somewhere they will have a seperate clinic, what they will ask you is what do you need the needles for, just state Test E its an oil based compound, they will give you basically the needles I stated and a disposables container, syringes, alcohol swabs and books filled with information on AAS and how to inject safely.

If shoulder issues hamper benching with a bar just do dumbells with a neutral grip. Benching heavy over the years kicks the shit out of the shoulders. Even when my shoulders are hurting I can still do heavy dumbells. As long as I use the neutral grip.

I don't know but I just don't like doing db. I don't get the same pump and can't balance it when I go heavy.

Joe, ur dead on right there!! That's all I do is db's! I feel it's more controlled, isolated and makes u use perfect form unlike the bench. My shoulders take a beating and hurt like a mofo if try to use the bench with a bar. No problems at all with db's tho.
 
I have a question! My first cycle was just tren ace an I was taking whey protein eating lots of red which that's all I ever eat anyway I was lifting every other day each workout would last an hour an 15, well I didn't see as many gains as I wanted, so this month I am on test 200 an still
Lifting hard an have gotten bigger but still am not blowing up maybe lifting wrong ? I dunno

Your expectations of gains or blowing up doesn't sound like it may be realistic. Dude, u ain't gonna be big Ron after 1-2-3 or even 10 cycles... It's still gradual, joosn correctly can help 1 man gain in 1 yr what it may take another natty guy 2-3 yrs. regardless it's still a long ass journey that u gotta be all in for the long haul! If u keep 10-15lbs on a 12 wk test cycle then that's successful! U won't gain 2" on your arms on a cycle or even a yr.

Thays a good thing if you struggle with dbs. That means its challenging and difficult. The more you suck at something, the more you can benefit from it. I always keep my reps with dbs
At 10+ never below. You will be surprised at how much stronger you will get at benching with a bar from doing dbs.
