COMPETITION training suggestions - starting up after a 2 month break

Hi girls,

I have not been training for about 2 months as I got very busy with work, but am getting back into the swing of things again. WHY? I have challenged a guy from work: That I will get shredded before he does. HELP! He's got testostrone and I don'! LOL.

Can you suggest a training schedule for me? Need asap results. Will be as strict as need be.

Calorie intake - I'm not counting but eat minimally as I need to cut (too much fat - estimating about 20% - mostly stomach, butt, thighs). I've got the muscles still underneath, just need to expose them.

Any suggestions would be awesome!

Also, suggestions on how I can structure the calculations for who wins this competition between me and my friend would be helpful (so i win). I was thinking a BF % lost of starting BF% so it's fair... Also, weight reduction as % and photo evaluation b4 and after.

There are some sticky's at the top of the forum about how to get started. Just keep reading, you'll see examples of workouts and diets. I think Shadow's project is a popular program to start with. You don't want to limit your calories too much though, don't want to starve yourself. Get plenty of protein, good fats, drink lots of water. Might want to look into carb cycling, as that's a good way to drop fat for most girls.

Good luck! Oh, and I think bf% is a good way to measure who wins. Whoever had the biggest drop in body fat percentage wins.
