Company Profit Sharing == Good!

This was the first year I was eligible and all I'll say is HOLY F'ING MACKEREL! It's almost 5X what I was putting into my 401K (which is where it goes) myself. I might decrease my deduction and give myself some more spending money.
I've had it at previous companies but it was fool's gold...nobody ever really got anything except the upper upper mgmt.
