comming back from a tragedy and need help please

Hey guys Looking for some advice on which gear to use. last oct. i was on 2cc of qv 250 for about 8 weeks ( this was my first cycle) until my cousin who was my workout partner was involved in a real bad bike accident. he now has the mental ability of a 3yr old. I quit going to the gym I just couldnt bring myself to go without my partner who has been there daily for the last 4 yrs. but i looked at myself in the mirror last week and dont like what i see so im going back today. I would like to try another cycle but not sure if i should go back to the qv. ( i didnt notice much change with it) any input you have will be awsome. im 5ft 9 194lbs. 36yrs old. body fat is probbaly around 18 to 23pct now.
 
I can't tell you what to do. I can only tell you what I would do.
I would get my diet spot on. I would also map out a routine. Hammer both of those and get your body back before you hop on. You will have a great rebound effect from muscle memory as it is. Hit it hard until the summer.. then think about it.

Sorry for your situation...your cousin would probably want you to take really good care of yourself...the advice above is sound...get your diet back on track, get back into a work out routine, include good cardio, and see how you feel about a cycle in a few months. Take care and keep well,

The key is getting focused, get on a schedule and keep a positive outlook.

First, dial in your diet and shed bodyfat. You can do this naturally, read over some of my dieting manuals -that should get you started.

I'm sorry to hear about your cousin. I'm glad to hear that you want to get back into the gym. Make every goddamn rep count!
 
Slat stealing my lines lol....If your going to start anything id start basic test-e 500 a week should shed some fat and a good starter..Like i say know one can make someone a cycle because everyones different you have to find what works best for you.But test is a basic starting point if thats what your inquireing..............
 
Thanks for the support guys, I plan on putting a good month or two back in the gym and cardio before i do anything at all. I was a boxer from the age of seven till i was twenty five and I always incorporate the boxing gym into my workout so i shed fat like nothing. I guess my real question is should I go back to the qv 250 as a cycle, will it damage anything? or maybe i should try something different cause after 8 weeks on i really didnt notice anything other than my testicles shrunk? my cuz was the pro at this stuff but he's not here to help me anymore. also should i try to find a new partner or should i wait a while
