Comments on my nutrition plan

hi all,

I'm 18 years old (almost 19) and about 210lbs, 6ft in height.
I've literaly looked over 10 sites, many articles, forums and threads I've read..
I want to get some comments/suggestions on what I've worked up so far.
First of all I plan on taking creatine monohydrate and protein (I guess whey)

I plan on doing the cycling phase, loading on the first week.

week 1 - 30g creatine (15g before and 15g after workout) x 3 days
- on offdays I will take just take 20g
week 2-4 - decrease total to 15g. which I will consume all after the workout I guess
week 5 - 20-30g
week 6-8 no intake

Now for protein.. thats where I am confused
I used this calculator here, and it recommends 210-330g a day for my weight. I'm only thinking of taking around 150g whey protein, after the workout. I figure I'll get more protein from the meals during the day..

My questions:
-On offdays how do I take the whey protein (with or without food)?
-After working out can I take creatine and the whey protein right after each other (I'll mix them seperatley)?
-And when is it better to take creatine on the offdays (empty stomach, with food, etc..)?
-Last of all, is it better to down the protein drink right away or drink it slowly?

thnx.. I know its a long thread but I appreciate the help. I'm really new to suppliments. I have worked out in my junior and senior years in highschool and want to achieve new goals. I also want to make sure I am doing this right so I am not just pissing the money down the toilet.
 
I think your taking too much creatine. Loading is useless and 15g is still too much. Taking 150g of protein at once after you workout is also too much for the body to handle. It would be better to break it up...50g after workout and then 50g later, like before bed. On off days take the protein whenever you want. Personally i take it in between meals. After your workout, take the creatine with the protein in one shake...just make sure you also have adequate carbs and sugar post workout to help with the creatine uptake. ANd for me personally, i take about a half an hour to drink my protein shakes. I hope this helps, if you have any further questions let me know
 
ok I will take 100g of protein then. 50g after workout and 50g before sleep. I guess I will take it with milk or yogourt at night to slow down its breakdown process in the night.

Any others? Looking for all the opinions I can get :) I want my plan done by thursday, I might pick up the stuff tomorrow.

should i get teh whey or the meal replacement one that has slower breakdown?
