Hi,

I'd appreciate your critique on my planned cutting cycle. This is my first attempt at trying to get rid of the excess pounds, and so is a bit of an unknown for me. I've been on 4 bulking cycles over the past 5 years and would like to try and make the most of my gains.

I'm currently 255 lbs, at ~20-25 % BF and am looking to lose, or at least, put me en route to hitting 15%. The cycle below was suggested for mainly aiding fat loss.

1 - 80
2 - 100
3 - 120
4 50 -
5 50 -
6 100 -
7 100 80
8 - 100
9 - 120

Does anybody have any experience/comments with this?

What are the thoughts on combining it with either Deca or Winstrol to prevent catabolism? Or would you need something stronger like Sust or T enanthate?

Also - would Clomid or Proviron bring any benefit towards the end of the cycle (as a cautionary measure)?

You may want to check your post. I think you left out the numbers for clen or t3.

Anyways, whenever your t3 dosages start to get to 50mcg or more, it is typically recommended that a anabolic be used with it to prevent the muscle wasting effect that high doses of t3 can cause.

I would think a moderate of dose of winstrol should take care of the issue.

Clen is reported to have an anti-catabolic effect. I think it is bullshit. I think clen can help reduce muscle loss when dieting because it allows more energy to be derived from fat then muscle. But I don't believe that this would be effective for t3 induce muscle loss. I would go with a moderate dose of AAS
