Coming off test e only cycle at 500mg wk

I just wanted to know a good suggestion to cut and retain as much muscle as possible and lose as much fat possible. I'm about 5"9 and 219 lbs. Just wondering if I should do a test e and winny cut. Feed back is appreciated
 
DIET DIET DIET DIET. you shouldn't of run 2 cycles being that overweight. 5 9 and 219 your body fat is probably north of 20%.

Stevesmi could you post a picture of yourself? I want to see how you look. Your height, build, bodyfat percentage.

^^^ my profile page. that pic was taken 1 month before my current cycle. I have other pics on my page from my past bulkers and cutters. post cycle pics coming too :) just 500mg test a week is my current cycle.

current stats are 5'6" 180 with 11.3% bf .. in that pic I was 184 with 13% bf.

bench is currently 325 for 3 reps.
squat just made a PR of 405 for 6 reps last monday

actual lifts not what i do on the smith machine or girl squats.

current 1 mile time is 5:45, back when i was a runner though it was sub 4:30

what other stats u interested in?

I'm not hear to fuck around or give shitty advice. if someone isn't ready to cycle I tell them point blank. just like I am a powerlifting judge for high school and if the kids don't do a proper jerk and press the bar instead of sticking it properly i don't award them their lift. does it hurt their feelings? it shouldn't. what good is doing it wrong when they go to state and don't have their lifts count cause some judge back home credited them with an improper lift?

the OP ran 2 cycles and is still unhappy with his progress. so my recommendation is fixing his diet. no steroid is gonna cut you up. at his height he is a good 30 pounds overweight give or take 5-10 pounds depending on muscle mass. and on the flipside if he weighed 145 pounds I would tell him to bulk up first before cycling. I am always here to help anyone who wants to bulk or cut using their diet. its the most powerful thing out there and it way easier than people think. the problem is most guys don't know how to eat properly so when they don't get results they give up or keep taking different steroids, instead of fixing the root problem. RADAR and I are pro's at getting anyone's diet in place, just PM either one of us and we will gladly help

When I first started reading your posts I thought you were just giving new guys a hard time. The more I read your posts I realize that you are sincerely trying to help us and you DO know your shit!

I give this same speech to ppl constantly and they refuse to accept it as well.
Learning and experimenting with diet is how i got my introduction into this lifestyle. Understanding food is such a powerful weapon, to ignore it is irresponsible and (no offense to anyone) dumb!
We have 3 weapons in this thing...
The iron
Cardio
Diet
So why would you go to war and leave one? Its a little presumptuous that someone can achieve there goals with this manner of thinking. Personally i'll bring every thing i can think of with me.

Its like a mason builds a real shitty wall out of real shitty materials than covers it with really good paint, isn't going to be long before the wall reveals its true self.

I think your are absolutely correct but you are forgetting that most people dont want to work they want magic in a bottle. You can preach all you want but most choose to learn the hard way. The reality is that in order to succeed you have to be willing to do whatever it takes to be the best. There are no shortcuts to the top.

as everybody is saying on here, diet is the key.
but for a cutting cycle i have freinds who have used anavar as a stand-alone cutting cycle and it has worked wonders....
they gained as well as got verrrryyyy lean and vascular...not to mention anavar is not harsh with the sides..one of the safest roids out there.
 
Man I don't know who told you anavar isn't harsh but after running a cycle check you blood work. I ran 1 cycle and it will be my last because the headache, elevated colesterol level and lost libido wasn't worth it. Stevemi is right about the diet being the number one factors in seeing results.

lol thanks. I really don't mean to be Mr. Mean Steve. but I like to cut to the chase with things.

I always tell people the story of when i was in my early 20's and let my self gooooo! didn't exercise very much, breakfast was cake or pastries, lunch was processed pasta in those cardboard boxes, my dinner consisted of cheap steak/oreo's/chocolate milk. i was probably 25% body fat after being in good shape all my life.. finally after getting daily heartburn attacks and an endoscopy I said enough is enough. someone introduced me to how to eat healthy, organic food, and something called WATER. 6 weeks later i shed 10% body fat. it was as simple as changing what i was putting in my body.
so i been there, done that and I know that every single person is capable of doing it. if i could do it then anyone can. there are some who have thyroid problems but the vast majority of people can totally change the way they look very quickly just through diet. WHY DID I LET MYSELF GET THAT WAY TO BEGIN WITH? i ask myself this question a lot. i think it was a combination of depression, lack of guidance, and lack of websites like this back then who had mods that tried to hammer down DIET to me and how important it is!!

today when i run a cutter I simply keep my portions very small. and try to eat every 2 hours. it works beautifully.

Even i have 6 servings everyday every 2 hrs each containing some protein. You can see a pic of me in my profile I just turned 60.
