Hello everyone im new here and obviously this is my first post and don’t expect anyone to “reply”, as is always the case with any board that has a newcomer, and yes I’ve read all the little rules and what not’s...ect
Ok, my story, you guys like stories…right? Well I don’t care if you don’t ! I’m gonna do it anyways...
It all started in high school, I read up on muscle magazines, quite a bit, watched contests and flopped around in the gym seeing what does what how it felt to do it ect.., And I thought hey, this is soo fuck!ing cool, something I can do, and not get in sh!t all the time, lift weights! So in grade 10 my exploration in iron pumping began, I worked out with weights for my remaining years in high school and got to a good solid 192 lb’s starting from an ok 165 lb’s, I had 16 1/3 inch arms, a 49” inch chest, 16” ½ calf’s & for some reason, my forearms have always been big, got the genes from my grandpa I think, he has big forearms too, a strong point in my physique, maybe too much, 17 inches and cut, kind of sick too, but I like it, ha-ha I was benching an outstanding amount of weight for my age at the time, 260 lb’s for 3 x 10’s when I was 17, My gym teacher thought I was fuck!ing nutz! Let alone my gym classmates. Ha-ha...good times
After high school, I worked out at the Y for a bit, and started slowly drifting away from the gym, bad idea! Regret it with all my heart, started smoking and drinking. More, and eventually I stopped lifting, yeah I know what your thinking now, wtf dude, yeah?well anyways its been about 3-4 years since, Now at the ripe old age of 22, I still have a bit of what I worked so hard for left on the body..hah, not allot! but some, kind of like what a tire looks like when its used up and no tread left on the wheel, and maybe it ran through some shit now and again, lost most, if not all of my newfound strength, what a bummer eh?
I started a workout regimen again, what 7 weeks ago? and this time. im sticking to it, I don’t care, but this time im going all the way and im not stopping for sh!t! I’m already benching 178 lb’s @ 175 lb’s body weight (3x8), yeah I shrunk like a m0therfuker I lost quite a bit of gains, arms now back to 14 ½ inches, chest at 44, calf’s are 15 ½ what a setback, but you know what, its 100% this time and im going all the way man, right now im pretty much toned up, have 16.5 % body fat, I’m starting to lift heavier, don’t want to over-do-it too much, but am getting in the groove again !
Now I just need to buy some protein and creatine supplements as I don’t have any right now, can’t afford it, but next pay I will defiantly get some!
