Hello everyone. I have being working out with 5x5 that you reccomended me for 4-5 months and excess calories diet and the results were impressive.i really got big. Something though happened in my personal life and i didnt hit the gym for 2 months so it really worked negatively on my body and my strenght.
Now though i came back with confidence to workout out again but my problem is how to start. The summer is coming in 3-4 months so i dont know how to workout. shall i start 5x5 again but on the other hand i will try to control my calories intake so my fat will drop. Shall i do cardio also or it will affect my muscle building?
Any opinions on what workout program to use under these data? i am 33 years old 190lbs and i will workout 3-4 days per week.
