Hi! :p everyone i was injured in Bike crash...anyway
ill go back too the gym, but i lost 20pounds and i dont remember how ...maybe thats why.!!! plus bodyfat mass is at 11% (normally 8%)

ok my questions are: what is the fattest way to get bak on track
i need muscle mass.....now im 160pounds and not very strong...so should i do 6 to 10 reps 1 muscle a day....***2 weeks to take test-durabolin-d-bol is that too early)

anyway give me some tips....

Don't touch the juice for at least 3 months. You have plenty of natural work to do to get back to where you were. Jump on the Single-Factor 5x5 program and do some full-body workouts three times a week. Progressively increase weights, eat a ton.
 
I second that, leave the juice alone for a while, you'll be able to gain naturally for quite some time. Read up on the single factor 5x5. If you don't like that, you should still do the basic premise, you want to push a squat, a pull, and a press while holding sets/reps constant so you know if you're progressing. Full body workouts, lots of ab work, and eat a lot. Stay away from excess fluff/pretty boy work, get a lot of bang for your buck.
