I got a new job,gotta go in and finalize the paper work tomorrow morning,then wait for my licence come in to work.

wasnt the job I was really chasing but I feel this will be good to, as opposed to bank security ill be doing K9 security,kinda alot of travel but Im looking forward to it,better pay,lots of room to advance within the company.

however if the bank security calls me back today Ill be taking that as its straight days no nights or weekends like the k9 will be.

either way Im getting out of the hell im currently in
 
Fuckin' awesome dude. I'm glad to hear it, truly. when you say K9 does that anything to do w/ dogs, lol. Sorry if that sounds dumb, not familar w/ it all. I'm having good luck at work too man, they've got me more involved, i'm actually getting to get in there and cut meat more often. Looks like this is a good side to everything. Weird how it both happened to us at about the same time.

Awesome dude, dogs are cool as hell. You could see someone you don't like and be like "Sick em" LOL that'd be cool.

Yeah man they were dicking and i was ready to leave the dept. I talked to one of the cutters one day and he went and talked to our team leader and they got it straightened out. everyone's cool back there, i just guess they didn't think i was serious when i first said it.
 
how can u get a job working with k9s- u need to be trained...

obviously I get trained,and get a raise for every course I take. Im not some newbie to security,Ive got alot of experience and know my shit

Good move bro. Why not go back to college though? If you wait too long, you may never do it. I'm sitting on 123 hours with an associate degree, I still need probably 45 or more to finish. Someday, if there's a pile of gold at the end of the rainbow.
 
i own a car now,cant afford to goto college now,kinda fucked myself but thats life.

right now Im just waiting for buddy to let me know whats available for this company and then ill get goin

I want to take the bank job,its days,no weekends where the dog job is alot of travel and beating on my car and working nights/weekends.

buddy from the bank job kinda freaked me out last time I talked to him,didnt seem as interested after I called back,but Ill give it till fri and see whats going on.

and ya they pay pretty close to the same,but the bank has full benifits

definitely take the bank then, full benefits is valuable.

If with the k9 job you are driving your own are a lot of the time, do you have some dog in it with you too?
 
ya id have the dog with me and have to go in and pick the dog up and drop it off,so that would add roughly 2 more hours to my shift each day
