Combating Cortisone Catabolism

Bakgat

New member
I have had a viral induced upper respiratory chest infection since early May. It has been resistant to other treatments becuase I have allergies. As a last resort, my physician has put me on 40mg of Prednisone per day for 2 weeks. I know that cortisone is catabolic and I was wondering if anyone knows of what I can do to try and limit the catabolic effect over this period.

Cheers!

Dbol!

Here is a snipit from a post by Fonz over on best of Elite.

However, here is where Dianabol REALLY WORKS:

It is capable of reducing endogeneous CORTISONE
by 50-70%, making it the mother of ALL anti-catabolics
(except fina but thats different).

This is why Dianabol works on EVERYBODY. It really
doesn't raise test levels that much, but it has an AMAZING
impact on muscle catabolism.

hi. pharmacist. forget drugs, they may interfere with resolution of the infection. if you want to do anything, boost your anabolic drive and minimise catabolism by eating and sleeping well.

the catabolism produced by the drug youre going to take for the duration of your therapy isnt very much at all. i ahve seen old people on cortisone for a lot longer than 2 weeks and its not like they shrivel up (and older people will shrink quite readily let me assure you...and then making them gain weight is a prick sometimes)

so. calm down.
