I know that igf1 & slin work hand in hand.. Since they r almost alike.. But i ve read somewhere (there r lots of posts) to not to be taken together.. It is also comon knowledge that igf raises insulin sensitivity... If you think they should be taken together what r the best times to be taken for both of them.. I was taking 60 mcg in the morning when i woke up than 5hours later i went to gym so emediatly post workout i used 7iu of inzulin.. So thats 6hours after my igf1 lr3 shot.. (On this cycle i also used 750 mg test ew and 500mg tren ew)
