I've added movements like Cleans+presses, Snatches, and snatch pulls to my workout routine to build explosiveness/athletic strength (I play sports), and its a huge pain in the ass as well as potential for injury to perform these with metal weights (which should not be dropped like rubber weights can be)...anyhow you guys/gals already know that....basically the University wants to keep things as cheap and long lasting as possible (i.e. metal weights), but they are here to serve the students... anyhow, can you guys/gals think of any other things I could bring up when lobbying to THE MAN? Thanks for any help.
