I was looking into that myself. Looks a bit expensive tho.
Here is what the FAQ says:

It's all legit good stuff from what I can tell. Unfortunately you don't know waht specific amount of each you are getting...
2-dimethylaminoethanol = DMAE. I don't see any specific MG claims but I'd e-mail them to see what they say. Really it looks like Powerdrive with vinpocetine to me... Plus I doubt you are getting 3 grams of l-tyrosine (powerdrive has big MG per dose).
Another dude (the thread is here somewhere) tried "NUEROFLOW" by SAN and it had piracetam, huperzine a, choline, and vinpocetine (I think.) It was only $17 or so for 30 doses at Nettrition. Seemed a better deal since piracetam is now legal as a supplement.
I was looking at getting some straight PIRACETAM (and choline since I hear you can get headaches without) and found a cheap place
www.vitabrain.com (30 tabs of 800mg piracetam for $8 or 100 for 22.50)--I'll let you know how it goes--currently I use powerdrive now and it does give you a big boost but I think Piracetam will take it to a new level--check out this thread (just found it)
