Coffee

Do you reheat coffee? There is a guy in the office here that gets one cup at 8AM then he sips the same cup all day 8am til at leat 3:30-4pm, reheating it several times in the microwave. That's gotta be gross. I can't stand the taste after it's 10-15 minutes old.
 
Forgive me, but I LUV folgers instant with lots of sugar and a little cream. Even after it goes cold, I still sip it

you need the coffee maker that has it's own pitcher/server not a carafe - stay warm much longer.

I might reheat it once, but never more than that.
 
I've had at least 64oz.............4 16oz................granted 3/4ths is decaf, but thats a shitload of splenda
 
I love me some gourmet coffee, but if I drink more than one cup I sweat like priest at a cub scout rally.
 
you guys need to quit adding sugar/sweetners so you can really enjoy the taste of your coffee instead of the sweetners

My first though when she told me was (not lame attempt at humor) how are you alive, how do you get up in the morning?

I used to never drink coffee and functioned fine.

Then I came to see the beauty of functioning faster and longer - unfortunately I talk faster than I did before and I expect everyone to read my mind but hey my work is going better but I'm horny all the time and that becoming a problem.

So uh yah right then.

we make the regular cheap crap in the morning.

every afternoon i make something good though. got some blend at the store this weekend, Fogchaser or something. pretty good.

oh, too much coffee makes me vibrate and is almost guaranteed aching wood if within reach of kitty. Currently a problem.

ME Swings or Juan valdez, otherwise the crappy mass produce Starbucks in my office cafeteria.

I introduced Smurfy to it. I enjoy the sexual side effects :p not that she needs it.

if i'm at someone's house and offered a cup of coffee, they usually look at me strange when i take it black. dunno why.

then they give me an even stranger look when i say, "listen, i like my coffee like i like my men - hot, black, and strong."

tripple shot lattes are usually my morning wake up call. I have an espresso maker at home witha steamer so when I can I make it myself. If I don't have time then I'll stop at starbucks

LOL. I just reheated some from 9am. Nearly 12 hours later. Didn't know it had been that long and it tasted horrible.
 
Large Dunkin Donuts French Vanilla + 1 Trex & I'm riding the train to High Anxiety until around 1 pm. After that, depends.

This isn't coffee (more like a gay drink) but sometimes between classes I get a cherry amarretto latte with whip cream, and it's better than any coffee. Flame away, I don't care. ;)

So you lose control of your excretory functions late in the day huh? I guess that's what happens when you reach your late 60s. You're still a MILF though. But I'm only hittin' it in the morning!

WTF?! That's like the biggest geek toy ever!

I put so much milk in my coffee it gets kinda cold anyway. So I don't worry about reheating or whatever.

Sometimes I will nurse a coffee late in the day and not finish it. The next day I'll realize it's there and wish I coudl sip on it (jut cos it's easier than getting up and going to get a cup at the caf) but the milk has gone sour. I woudl totally keep it in the fridge if it was convenient.

too much.

sometimes i'll make a pot of espresso, dump it in my 16oz mug, then top it off with regular coffee. 5 cups in 1. that's a real eye opener first thing in the morning.

usually a 6 oz then a 16 oz in the morning, followed by 2-4 6oz cups in the afternoon/early evening. sometimes more, sometimes less. depends on how much i've eaten (more i eat, the more coffee i tend to drink) and my mood.
 
Holy crap!

I drink 1/2 to 3 cups a day.

My roommate works the night shift, and sometimes I get home from work around 8 and the house is full of the smell of coffee, as he brews a pot every night to take to work. Damn I feel like having a cup when that happens, but I don't cos it would ruin my chances of getting any decent sleep that night.
 
I've got the inner shakes. THe cup I drank earlier must have been too strong. But, I''ve had a rather upsetting day as well.

A local micro roast called Vista Clara is my favorite so far... so smooth no matter how dark I make it. :p I think it's almost time for a cup, as a matter of fact.

Naw for liquid coffee I do JV or Starbucks. For my own I do ME Swings which is a local roaster you have never heard of. Their coffee is amazing. The coffee from Costco is also quite decent. Mayorga coffee is headquartered here so their Kenya AA is what they sell here. At another one a bit farther away they roast the coffee on site, and their Sumatra blend is without peer. So yeah I'm a bit of a snob and I only buy shit that is peculiar to my area.
