gf's family wants to know what i want for xmas. i said a gift certificate to sears so i can go buy some tools (want a cordless drill and some other stuff). i think i'll inform them that my own grinder and a good carafe would kick ass. i'd much rather grind the beans myself than have to do it at the store and i hate leaving a pot of good coffee on the burner for too long.
