Goddamn the jerk ass who gets here first and fills up our 24 cup pot with clear ass hot bean water. I think he puts in one scoop per 10 cups.
I've already chugged 4 cups in the past 30 minutes, my stomachs full and I'm still tired.
These damn old mother fuckers. I ask em about the pot of tea in the break room, they're poor old stomachs cant take strong coffee. Old bastards need to die.

I would but I get here at 7 and jerkass gets here at 5:30.
The damn think is like a 55 galloon barrel so it's hard to empty. Friday I dumped half of it so I could make a new pot, but dont tell anyone.

You need to take Vel's advice and buy your own small coffee maker. I have my own little Mr. Coffee maker and coffee grinder here in the break room for my fresh roasted Popayan or Caracol de Narino.

I think first I'll kick the jerkass, then just bring a thermos with me in the morning. Life is to short to drink bean water.
I'm all clean and soberish, and one of the few things I can get enjoyment from (besides weights and rosey palmer) is a good black cup of coffee.

buy a french press and make your own. not only will it be easier, it will taste MUCH better.

french presses allow the oils from the beans to actually make it into your drink, rather than get filtered out - those oils are all the flavor.

you can get a french press for like 20 bucks, and they are easy as hell to use. no plugs, timers, filters...none of that bullshit.
