Coffee and TKD

I had a medium coffee w/2 cream + 1 pack of sweetener to see if it would knock me out of ketosis, it didn't, would anyone with Keto diet experience recommend against having one coffee daily?

I have coffee daily while on my ckd. Cheaper than eca if you brew it yourself. Watch out though, coffee is deceivingly high in caffeine. Grande starbucks coffee has something around 500mg in it. ouch

LOL! I know, It does have a lot of caffeine Starbucks coffee gets me wired for a few hours, I stay in Ketosis after I drink coffee but adding 1 pack of Sweet 'N Low makes me feel as if i'm doing bad for my TKD
