Coffee, and lots of it

I drink lots of black, unsweetened coffee all day, anywhere from 6 - 10 cups. I had read somewhere that caffeine may cause insulin to spike. Is this correct?

In lmost cases ulcers are caused by a bacteria: Helicobacter pilori, certainly not coffee

Regularly take 3 200mg tabs of caffeine (with the ECA stack) plus a few starbucks grande size and 3-4 office coffee's a day. MMMmm keeps the fat office worker happy!

Holy monk batman!

I generally have 200mg of caffine and 20mg of eph before training sometimes straying upto 400mg and 40eph. On days that I don't hit the gym (which are far and few between sinces its my refuge) I don't take the stack and I get the headaches. Your withdrawel symptoms must suck. Even mine if theres important work to be done (like a job interview or first day of work anything I must be in a specially good mood for) I'll make sure I have my stack so I'm not plagued with headaches. Usually it lines up with a gym day anyway but sometimes if it ends up being my off day I can end up going pretty long times without giving my body a break. The one thing I wish I could get my hands on it ketotifen. GOD DAMNIT its hard to trackdown.

One thing I've also noticed myself is I will have a horrible day in the gym without the stack since I'm dependent on it (yes a crutch I'm a weak willed fool or something), but even if I have it waay in the morning and don't train till night time when the effects are worn off I train fine in the gym. I guess its training w/ the stack vs. training with the withdrawel vs. training with nothing. A and C are fine but B ouch.
