how about 1 cup of coffee w/ cream on a keto. That ok? I mean it's only about 60 calories and like 1g of carb. I just can't stand my coffee black.

Considering you're probably using only a couple tbsps of cream, I'm sure it's fine.

As long as it's under 6g carbs per meal, you're fine, no matter the carbs.
