codec problems (i think)

I just installed a new copy of windows. since my old was getting srewy. and now alot of videos online wont play, like this for instance. One of Samuel Helgesen, national champion here in norway http://www.vg.no/video/videoplayer/player.hbs?id=3602

Im guessing i need to update my codec? anyone have a good link, thats is NOT infested with virus and other crap.

it should download automatically if you click the error desc top right of windows media player.
