ironmind.com sells them.
They range from the Trainer:100lbs of pressure to the #4:350lbs of pressure. #1 is supposed to be rated near 140lbs.

Good job by the way. Keep it up.

:D Captain of Crush grippers. Its two handles with a spring in the middle that you squeeze together. Comes in 5 levels of difficulty. The Number 3 has only been closed by 50 or so people and the Number 4 only 2 in the world, or around there. Check out Www.Ironmind.net.

actually #3 has been closed by well over 100 people (that have certified) and I know of others who have done it but have not certified. Still a decent feat of strength though. Number 4 has been closed by 3 who have certified and I believe a few others who have not certified, but probably will.

good job.

nice pr you sicko, I have to buy some since my grip is not that strong

ThanX brother!!! Look forward to setting some PR's with the weights soon!! I plan to bench again today. Maybe Ill be able to finally test my strength again. Hopefully this injury is healed by now. :D

Beast I real think you should drop all the killer warmup sets and try for some progressive loading on your way back to the top
try 4x8 with 295 or something then next week 300 and so on till you hit 335 or 355 for 4x8 or 3x8 by that time you will be a true beast, Just a suggestion

Nice! Never tried that type of routine. 315 for 7 was my best before the injury, 275x15. I might just give that a try. Today Im still focused on seeing where Im at, so Ill try and go through my usual routine and see where Im at strength-wise. ThanX brother!!!

oh yeah i know what it is just didnt' know the name nicely done brother. what muscle group does that work or is it just for the hell of it??

Im just using it to build crushing strength. Would like to be able to crush all the bones in someones hand. haha That would be fun. Not sure how much carryover there is to lifting weights. It may help somewhat with holding strength. But for holding strength the best way to train it would be timed holds, farmer's walks and holding or pinching exercises.
