I hate it! Today was so frustrating doing bench and getting what I wanted to get for 3x3 for only one rep. I already started cycling heavy training for squats. On sunday of the first week I will do heavy singles or triples. Then thursday speed squats. Then the next week use like 70-75% of my 1rm for triples on sunday. I want to do something like this for bench but it sort of screws me uo and I won't progress as fast. Anybody else have overtraining problems?
