cloudy prop

i have an unopened bottle of prop, but the oil looks a lil cloudy, like the prop might not b fully dissolved im not sure what it is, any1 have any ideas, and could i potentially still use this if i wanted to

I had some that crystalized like what your describing, I just used my wife hair dryer and it was good to go.
