clomid when natural low test!

I have looked all over the internet for examples of men using clomid when thet have a natural low test level. I couldnt find any information on doses, duration etc. For woman i found a forum just regarding clomid use!!! I remember reading about this guy who is on tratmeant with clomid and arimidex. What doses are u prescribed and for how long a duration? I have a test level which is in the "normal" range, but that is not by far. I am 20 years old and i am not happy with having a level more like a 50-55 year old. The docs dont have a fucking clue about this, he has never even heard og clomid. They dont wanna send me to an endocrin. so if i could benefit from clomid tratmeant i am gona do it by myself. What do u guys think?
