Whats up guys..
Im about to start my clomid therapy and id like to know wether you guys think its best to take it all at once (300mg on the 1st day and 100 mg for a week) or divided throughtout the day or maybe at nighttime?...please respond

There are two different schools of thought. Either way you can't go wrong. Always start with more obviously, such as 200mg/ed for 1 week, 100mg/ed 1 week, etc. Or just run it at a given amount throughout like 100mg ed. and then go 50mg eod for the last 2 weeks. Front loading seems to be the most popular and regardless you should taper it down as well.

Should I take all 300 mg at the same time though or should i divide it up throgh out the day? take it w/a meal? chew it? swallow it whole?

If you're taking 300 I would divide into 2 am/pm but even then I don't think it makes any difference. It shouldn't matter if you take it with food or w/out. It has never bothered my stomach on empty. If it bothers yours then take it with a meal. Swallow it whole. Obviously you've never taken clomid cause the taste is horrible. Chew it if you want but it really doesn't matter.
