I did a 200 kick, 100 for a week, and 50 from then on....

I will be doing a cycle of 500mg of sustanon a week for 10 weeks. I dont want to use clomid for pct (too much sides). I have nolva but I know its not the same as clomid. What can I use instead of clomid that I can get from the AC guys.

your right its not the same its better......in any event run the nolva 4 weeks 40mg for 2 weeks 20 mg the last 2 weeks.....

My choice is some 10-20mg nolva year round.

starting when?

well bro you said your running sust....so thats gonna take a long time to clear the system due to the deconate ester (sp) in it...so 2 to 3 weeks after your last shot....what i would say you should do


1-10 sust 500 per week
9-12 or 13 300 to 400mg PROP
14 PCT

that way you have no dead time and can start PCT right away...your choice
