Clomid or Nolva - necessary for PCT or is HCG enough?

I read some of the articles on PCT and they recommend clomid or nolva along with HCG for PCT.

I had a low dose cycle that was only 8 weeks - do I need clomid or nolva, or is just running HCG for about 20 days gonna be enough? Thanks

Most will reccomend HCG & a Serm (Nolva or Clomid) for PCT...Try this;

Weeks 1-3 HCG 1000-1500iu Mon, Wed, Fri; Nolva 20mg ED
Weeks 4-6 Nolva 20mg ED

That should treat you right, only other thing to add would be clomid at 50mg ED Weeks 1-6...but most will say only do that if you have run an xtra long cycle (12+ weeks or 1g of androgens/week)

ive never used hcg clomid and nolva always worked fine for me. an 8 week low dose cycle, depending on the drugs and ur genetics prolly did shut you down too hard. what did u run in ur cycle? did u get blood tests done?

My new pc for the past 14 monts, thru the clomid in the toilet. while it has advanntages it allo has sides. With nolve I up ti to 80day for first two weeks ad sems to jhelp with lipid provilgirld. While on nolva i il tke dosges od HCG witch works wonders for me, within hours actually, just dont take more than say bey 2 weeks at atime. My pct them stops and then I take IGF1, keps boqs plumd and happy libido up and if you stil want a stong anit-e thats also androgenic and will kep you looking rock hard, trow 50mg/proviron in a day, you'll love it, so will your wife

After an 11 week low dose cycle, I did just fine with low dose Clomid and Nolva.

2 months later, I am within 3 pounds of what I was when I ended the cycle.
