clomid + nolvadex during cycle

Is taking clomiphene + tamoxifen worthwhile to take during cycle?
currently on week 6 of 750mg test e / wk
and on week 1 of 100mg winny /wk

nips hurt when my gf lays on me or if i put slight pressure on them

Are you currently taking an AI?
If not I would get some adex or aromasin and and have letro on hand just in case those aren't strong enough.
