Clomid, how much, how soon

I'm about to come off of a 3 month cycle of EQ, and Winstrol. 400mg EQ/week, 50mg Winny ED.

When do I start taking clomid?
How much do I start out with?
How long do I take it for?

Start Clomid 3 weeks after your last shot of Eq. Start with 300mg/Day for the first day of Clomid use then take 100mg/Day for the next 6 days of that week, the next week take 50mg/Day and the final week take 50mg/every other day

I have used the gainskeeper formula post cycle and it worked out pretty well. Kept a good portion of my gains. I think it helped to keep me motivated with my diet and lifting. Most people tend to slack off post cycle and that is something you should work hard to avoid.
