Clomid during the cycle?

Would there be any advantages/disadvantages to using clomid throughout your cycle? I know people have different opinions on this, let's here all of em.

IMO it is not nessesary. Even if you use Clomid through out your cycle your natural test will be suppressed because of the AAS use so besides acting as a mild anti-estrogen I don't think it has really any positive effect. If your looking for an anti-e to run through out the cycle Liquidex/Arimidex would be a much better choice. Clomid should be saved for post cycle use ONLY

I'm not looking to substitute clomid for an anti-e...I'll always use arimidex. What I'm wondering is, will clomid keep your balls from shrinking while, at the same time, posing no threat to your gains?

No, your Testies will still shrink while on because even though your using Clomid your natural Test will be suppressed causing testicular atrophy. I don't see any dis-advatages though except for the waste on $$

If I remember correctly you could use HCG mid cycle to give them a boost.

Teste size is in no way related to test supression. Clomid may keep ur nuts full and your loads thick, but it wont do anything to stop htpa suppression. Clomid is also useful as a anti-e, but its weak. I see no need for it unless no other anti-e is available.

I *always* run clomid during my cycles. It's great stuff, keeps your loads thick and juicy (no dribbles), and helps keep your cholesterol levels in check (it gives the good effects of estrogen and negates the bad). It's also cheap, and works well as an anti-E

The authors I respect say don't take Clomid for more than 10 to 14 days, after your cycle.

Some guys on these boards recommend starting at 300 mg. a day. I tried that -- and ended up having a nervous breakdown practically, screaming obscenities at my sweet Mom, and nearly passing out.

After my most recent cycle I started with 100 mg. the first day, 50 each day thereafter for a total of ten days. That was PLENTY. Nuts puffed right back up and I can feel my test level is back in a good place.

World Anab Review stresses that Clomid should not be taken for more than two weeks, but it doesn't say why. (Maybe you'll grow ovaries and get pregnant?)

Its use as an anti-estrogen during a cycle is not recommended because it's a LESS effective anti-E than the much cheaper Nolvadex or Proviron.

The 10-14 days has to do with a womens menstrual cycle, it has nothing to do with men.
