Clomid and Visual disturbences

Hi there,

I have a question about Clomid. I recently completed a cycle of Test.Enanthat and was using Clomid to restart my endogenous testosterone production. I started at 50 mg/day, and then upped it to 100 mg/day. the 2nd day on 100mg/day I got some "visual disturbences" (images became kinda blurred).

Anyway, a well known side effect of Clomid is visual disturbence. And most often is an indicator to stop the use of Clomid.

Do you think that using a lower dosage (50mg/day) would also fix the the problem ?

At the moment I am using Arimidex to lower my estrogen count (and thus kickstart the HPTA). What other choices do I have if I cannot use Clomid ?

I take clomid right before bed, so as not to have to walk around with blurry vision.

How about using nolvadex instead of clomid ?

just how blurred is it i mean can you drive a car?

Well it is not extremely blurry. Only the images at the side of my eyes get quite blurry. And then only when I move my eys in a certain way. It is *very* noticeable, but to answer your question: I could drive a car if I wanted to (but wouldnt like to).

Sorry I cannot read your post due to blurred vision from clomid. LOL.
I have had it at as low as 50mg.

YellowD, half life of Clomid is 5 days.

Anybody else have comments on this 'visual disturbences' thing ? What did you do about it ?

yeah..I have had them under a doc's supervision. He took me right off I start Nolxadex in a month.( on androgell right now) He found studies in women where the side effect was irraversibel even after the drug was discontinued. He could not dig up anything on men since the drug is meant for women. We are in a rare bread, he said out of 500 men he has wrote a script for I was the only oe to get this side.........
