Just finished a 2 week cycle of it. I had really awesome results. Lost around 2-3% bodyfat AND gained about 5 pounds of muscle I got up to 160mcg ed AR clen and used taurine as well. Was going really low carb with one carb up day (but not cheat day) on the weekends. As far as training, I was going pretty heavy. Most sets around 4-5 reps. Definitly recommend clen.

Oh and I had no sides at all except feeling a little warm when I was in the sun.
 
Like sgt slaughter said it ahs good muscle sparing properties. Your diet needs to be top notch and I recommend using it when you have lost all of the weight naturally and you are looking for the few pound that will not go away. When I used it I combined it with a T3 and found that it worked great for me.

doubtful that you gained any muscle on it while in a deficit.

I've gained LBM while cutting too... without gear, read my old log... and without clen, i only used that for 2 weeks... hated feeling cracked out and lathargic too.

Quality of food, intense training and cardio timing can do wonders.
 
I have to agree with sarge on this one also, I loast around 8-10lbs on the scale in a month, and I was stronger after losing those lbs .
