Just finished a 2 week cycle of it. I had really awesome results. Lost around 2-3% bodyfat AND gained about 5 pounds of muscle I got up to 160mcg ed AR clen and used taurine as well. Was going really low carb with one carb up day (but not cheat day) on the weekends. As far as training, I was going pretty heavy. Most sets around 4-5 reps. Definitly recommend clen.
Oh and I had no sides at all except feeling a little warm when I was in the sun.
