Whats the best way to take clen, to totally maximise it's fat burning effects?

I'm going to run it in tandem with my pct with a cardio regime to rip up before summer, but i want to run it in the absolute best possible way to get the maximum benefit.

Money is no object.

Bro, I've used clen a couple times and can tell you that I think it sucks. It not only makes you feel like shit but the side effects include thinning walls of your heart and death. . . Ummm. . . No thanks. Are you open to trying something else? I love a good old fashioned ECA stack. Its relatively cheap and very effective with less sides and potential risk. You can sub out the aspirin for white willow bark.

If you are dead-set on clen, good luck, Man.

Diet is the king of cutters:-)
 
I've taken Clen a handful of times... it doesn't do shit unless your diet is 110% on point, nor does it really do much if you have more than a little bodyfat.

Sides get so extreme, you won't even be able to write your own name, just standing around your legs shake ridiculously, etc.. it's just no fun.

use a SARM instead. muscle gains, fatloss. etc best of both worlds....

I don't want a steroid cycle, my next cycle is set in stone, i'm starting it next week, this is to try and dump a little bit of fat before summer. My diet is shit hot, and i will be doing cardio. I think i'll look into a SARM. Standalone/with pct though?

Cardio and diet will do you, Man. You said yourself that you wish you hadn't bought it so don't use it then. And if you don't want to use steroids, then don't. You know how to diet and train. Go that route. Be strict

Clen sux staight up no pill burns fat diet keeps fat off cardio burns fat! Youll learn this real quick son.

To answer your question dont go above 120mcg with clen dont need to ramp like t3 but i strongly recomend it!

Week one youll have to play with it id try 20/40/60/80/100/ see what your body can handle. This drug makes it dangerous to do cardio imo so be careful! But cardio is more of what you need are you seeing the pic now? Likewise your looking to loose weight rite well get a couple of bottles of forged burner b/c clen just might make you a mad pig!!!! Hunger can go thru the roof on clen and cause weight gain.
 
What i mean dudes, is i have my next cycle planned already (test + var), i dont want to change it, add to it, edit it in any way. But as with all steroid cycles (well with me anyway) i always put on a bit of stomach fat, and want to try and quickly erase this before summer. That's why i considered clen. I usually just do cardio, but it takes time as you all know, wanted something to accelerate this a bit.

Clen also makes you feel kinda cracked out. I have to take 150mcg to feel it and by "it", I mean like "shit".

NTBM has some great supps. N2Flame is great. I like it better then N2Burn. Then again, like I say, ECA all the way:-)

Take some forskilin and 7keeto depending on your age

Your gonna gain fat if you diet is not in check.

You need diet i understand you bro but weve (most of us hv been rats). Its just advice.

There is not reason why you cant do this natty
 
I would never use clen without T3, i would never use T3 without T4, I would never use T4 without Gh, I would never use Gh without....... and the list goes on.... Why i would use especially something that is gonna supress my thyroid.... Start messing with your thyroid and bad news bandit for sure...
 
Use ECA and get diet and cardio on point. Get your LBM x 11 should get you a good calorie deficit. I personally like keto and start off with 45 min LISS cardio in the morning
